NVQ in Customer Service Level 2

This course is funded by Train to Gain. These staff have not done much job related training in the past so this course has provided a chance everyone in the department to work together to raise standards of customer care.

The training and assessment sessions have been arranged to meet the specific requirements of this work group. These staff work on a rotational shift basis so assessors have adopted a flexible approach to enable accessibility to the course for all participants.
 

NVQ in Management

This course has been funded by Train to Gain and has therefore provided training at no expense to the employer. As the course has progressed the participants have gained valuable knowledge and expertise in how to manage their staff. The course has been tailored to fit in with the demands of the workplace, with sessions arranged at the best time for the participants to attend.

It had been a long time since any of the group members had done any formal learning but all of them have risen to the challenge and surprised themselves by their achievements. Throughout the course we offer one to one support to encourage our learners and to help them succeed.
